[solved] configure: error: *** termcap support not found (on modern systems, this typically means the ncurses development package is missing),

# yum install ncurses-devel

[solved] error: C++ preprocessor /lib/cpp fails sanity check

you just run this cmd:
# yum install gcc-c++
